This Burgundy is called Terroir d'Exception because the vineyard is located in the heart of the Perrières appellation. From these vineyards are born wines full of minerality and finesse, just like Meursault 1er Cru Perrières.
It comes from Chardonnay grapes grown in 2.2 hectares in Grand Cru Les Preuses, located on the right bank of the river Le Serein in Chablis, from plots exposed south-east and south-west. It 's a floral wine, rich in fruit aromas and with intense mineral notes. Mouth of remarkable elegance, sophistication and great length.
HERMITAGE La Bachole 2011 Blanc, is one of the smallest appellations in the Rhone Valley, located fifteen kilometers northwest of Valence, on the left bank of the Rhone. The climate is mainly continental, with hot and dry summers.
Classified Grand Cru with decree of 1975, this terroir has long been recognized as exceptional. It was mentioned for the first time in 1328 and to this day the reviews of the best specialists of Grands Crus d'Alsace unanimously confirm that this terroir is part of the elite Grand Cru of Alsace.
The grapes come from vineyards grown on clayey, fairly deep and stony soil, made up of marl and limestone. With the orientation of the east-southeast slopes, they have the characteristic of being colder than the Kirchberg.
