Serraboella represents one of the company's cru. The Cru are areas particularly suited to the production of high quality wines thanks to the characteristics of the soil, exposure, microclimate and other small peculiarities which, combined with the previous ones, allow the grapes to ripen at their best and then give life to great wines.
Barbaresco Serraboella, i sentori fruttati di ciliegia, particolarmente accentuati, sono accompagnati da uninfinita gamma di aromi terziari: liquirizia, cuoio e spezie su tutto. Al palato è di grande corpo e ha una consistenza concentrata. I tannini si uniscono armoniosamente con la lunga persistenza finale del frutto.
It comes from Nebbiolo grapes grown in the Municipality of Barbaresco, in the Rio Sordo valley, on the southern ridge which, since 2006, takes the name Three Stars. In the vineyard the maximum environmental inspection is in force through.

The “Conca Tre Pile” is a hilly area in Bussia Soprana whose main vines are Barbera’s with vineyards having a maximum age of 45 years.
The name "Giuli" was given to this wine in memory of Giulio, brother of great-grandfather Pietro, who was always called "Zio Giuli" in the family.
The name Pilade was given to this vineyard in memory of Mr. Pilade, the old owner of a vineyard parcel that is now owned by Cascina Ballarin.
The color is an intense ruby red with fresh living fragrances, pleasantly fruity in flavor; this wine is warm and robust, full-bodied, pleasurable and harmonious. Its full body and freshness make it ideal for accompanying main dishes and red meats.
