The Fattoria di Bacchereto lies in the hills, between 180 and 300 mt. above sea level, surrounded by the forests that cover the slopes of Montalbano, the area planted is 8 hectares. Finding ourselves in an area always ideal for viticulture, the owner Rossella Bencini Tesi is imposed to respect what nature offers: low production per plant, careful care of the vineyard without the use of herbicides, chemical fertilizers or pesticides; as well as a traditional practice in the cellar with no added yeasts or other, aged in small oak barrels from 350 liters a subsequent aging in bottle for at least 6 months. Besides wine, the company produces extra virgin olive oil, honey and dried figs of Carmignano. The Fattoria di Bacchereto is certified organic by Bios and practice biodynamics in agriculture since 2001, the company also carries out tourism activities.
