The first vineyards were planted in 1961 by Giuseppe Trevisani and from 1979, when his father died, the brothers Mauro and Giuseppe lead the company. Based on low production to maintain high quality, the Trevisani farm finds its maximum outlet in overseas sales especially in the United States. The vineyards, which enjoy the mild climate typical of the area, grow on moraine soils of glacial origin with high percentages of sand and silt spread over three municipalities. The grapes grown are substantially 3: Chardonnay, Sauvignon and Cabernet Sauvignon.
