Florence Mancier Champagne Brut Blanc de Blancs is made from hand-picked Chardonnay grapes. After the refermentation in the bottle it is kept in contact with the yeasts for at least 36 months, enriched with aromas and structure. A masterly made Champagne, with a remarkable drinkability but without giving up class and power.
The maison Mancier is a family-run company that has a tradition now in its fifth generation.

The company mission is undoubtedly the search for the highest quality at the expense of quantity, something that is also reflected in numerous other companies. This means that the champagne we have aromatic elegance and well-defined aromas of white fruit and citrus fruits.
The production takes place exclusively with grapes coming from owned vineyards and selected by hand with the aim of obtaining a product of the highest quality and above all characteristic of the terroir.
