Château de Lascaux is located in the Languedoc region and is owned by the Cavalier Family. Today the property is managed by Jean-Benoît Cavalier who has been running the company since 1984, bringing it from an original 20 hectares extension to the current 85 totally surrounded by Mediterranean scrub.

Château de Lascaux is perfectly inserted in the surrounding environment where biodiversity is very marked giving the farm that aura of mystery and originality that characterizes it.

The grapes grown, purely Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre with a small percentage of Cinsault, are characteristic of the area and cultivated according to strict criteria that come from distant traditions. The resulting wines reveal typical and unique flavors and fragrances and this contributes to the great reputation of Château de Lascaux.
