Jean-Marc's passion, his experience gained over a period covering 40 vintages are followed by his children Lydie and Benjamin, faithful to this natural attitude to continue to make the imprint of the terroirs of Puligny live in the wines in the wines of the Domaine -Montrachet, Chassagne-Montrachet, Meursault, Beaune, Volnay and Pommard. As for the respect of the vines jean Marc says: "it is 40 years that a vine reaches its fullness, it can become centenary with good care ... my old ladies Jarollières or Combette and Champ Canet planted by my grandfather Etienne Sauzet require our greatest affection! "
In the vineyard, the plants have a rather high density to induce competition between the vines and to help the root of the vine go deep into the soil. The vines of the domaine have a minimum density of 12000 feet / ha, plowing is useful to limit the superficial proliferation of the roots and oxygenate biological life, the conservation of auxiliary fauna, the activation of the natural defenses of the vine, the car -regulation of returns.
