Fattoria del Teso, located in a privileged position halfway between the Tyrrhenian Sea and the Apennines, enjoys an excellent climate in which the vines have been writing traits of indissoluble history through the winemakers for centuries.

The vineyards of the farm extend for about 15 hectares at an altitude of 70 meters above sea level, orientation of the North / West South / East rows with an average age of 20 years, entirely hand-made harvests between mid-August and the beginning of October, a cellar that has become a timeless place where tastings are made between oak barrels dating back to the 70s, as well as rooms with Barrique and Tonneaux dedicated to the aging of the longest lasting wines.

As tradition has it, the farm has a Vinsantaia on 2 levels, at the first there is the fruit cellar where the bunches are spread out on the "Cannicci" for drying, and in the attic the aging with ancient 100-liter chestnut barrels, coming from a whiskey distillery of the 70s, and still used today where vinsanto rests for 10 years.

The production of white and red Montecarlo, the Anfidiamante IGT, the Vinsanto, the Grappa and the very fine olive oil with the careful selection of olives and the cold pressing, make Fattoria del Teso an important reference point in this area of Tuscany.
