Located in the heart of the Côte de Beaune, in Monthélie, not far from Meursault, Domaine Dujardin has an area of 8 hectares of vineyards that produce great Burgundy wines, red and white.
Today the property belongs to Ulrich Dujardin who every day passes on his passion to his children. Domaine Dujardin produces renowned appellations such as Monthélie 1er Cru, Meursault blanc, Auxey-Duresses.
A committed winemaker and independent winemaker, Domaine Dujardin uses traditional winemaking methods.
The cultivation of the vine takes place in a reasoned struggle (limiting the contributions of chemical fertilizers, herbicides and insecticides) in order to maintain the necessary vigor of the plants, without seeking overproduction, which is harmful to the quality of the wines and to the environment.
The harvest is entirely manual to guarantee a quality selection.
