Champagne "Brut Tradition" comes from 95% Pinot Meunier and 5% Pinot Noir grapes grown by the Charpentier family in their own vineyards located in the Vallée de la Marne. Wine Description
Champagne "Brut Tradition" comes from 95% Pinot Meunier and 5% Pinot Noir grapes grown by the Charpentier family in their own vineyards located in the Vallée de la Marne. In the vineyard, "reasoned" agriculture that respects the environment is practiced. In the cellar the base wines carry out the first alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature, followed by the malolactic fermentation in view of the assembly with reserve wines of the three previous vintages. The second fermentation in the bottle is then started where the wine rests on the yeasts for 24 months. The dosage is 11 g / l.
