The philosophy of the maison is simple, if the soil is healthy the vine will also have a healthy life. Only if the vine is able to properly extract all the minerals from the soil, the terroir can express itself in your champagne glasses.
For all this Harlin Père et Fils supports 3 essential things: healthy viticulture, soil maintenance and biodiversity. These 3 points overlap each other.

Wine description

Most of the vineyards are located in the heart of the Marne Valley, where the clayey soils give roundness and generosity while the sands of the hills offer precision and finesse. Viticulture is sustainable for this reason the company favors natural treatments, based on manure, herbal teas and decoctions of plants to limit chemical treatments and copper doses. Thanks to the efforts made, Harlin has obtained the High Environmental Value (HVE) and Sustainable Viticulture awards in Champagne.

Tasting notes

Champagne Brut Passion Millésime shows a splendid intense golden yellow, the nose has a rich and deep aromatic expression with notes of small candied red fruit, peach and pear. Light sweet hints with raspberries and cocoa liqueur. In the mouth it is broad and in total coherence with the richness of the nose

Aging capacity

Champagne ready to drink but does not mind a few years of bottle aging

Small tips

Taste it at a temperature between 10 ° C and 12 ° C accompanying it with both raw and fried fish dishes. Also perfect as an aperitif
