The estate's first cuvée, Beauchet is a 100% Pinot Noir, obtained from a blend of the 2012, 2013 and 2014 harvests from the plot in the locality of “Le Beauchet”. Located in the Verneuil terroir, this 0.67 hectare plot is southwest facing, with a very gentle slope, at the foot of the hill. It overlooks the village of Verneuil, home of the estate and enjoys the sun all day. The vine is 40 years old and was planted in 1981 on predominantly clayey-silty soil, poor in limestone and very rich in iron. The vine is processed without pesticides and insecticides.
