A subtle blend of the three grape varieties present in our vineyard, the Réserve cuvée is by definition a mature champagne with its harmony of 33% Meunier, 33% Pinot Noir, 33% Chardonnay, of which 28% reserve wines.

Wine description

Today the company works a vineyard of over 9 hectares divided into 34 plots in the terroirs of Verneuil, Vandieres and Try-Dormans. Each vine is cultivated with intelligence and respect for the environment, without herbicides and with over 95% organic products, a guarantee of sustainability for our planet. By combining organic and biodynamic cultivation practices, as well as ancestral and sustainable methods, we experiment and work daily to guarantee an authentic, rich and unadorned expression of our grapes.

Tasting notes

Straw yellow in the glass, with persistent and fine perlage. On the nose, memories of white-fleshed fruit are embellished with references to yeast and bread crust, and by subtle mineral nuances. The sip is soft and creamy, corresponding to the nose and of good length.

Aging capacity

Champagne ready to drink but does not mind a few years of bottle aging

Small tips

Taste it at a temperature of 10 ° C - 12 ° C combining it with fresh fish, raw fish, aperitif.
