This lively white is produced with local variety grapes in the "La Conchetta" vineyard of Loreto Aprutino, from vines up to 50 years old, grown without the aid of synthetic chemistry, neither on plants nor on the earth. The grapes were harvested in mid-September and fermented in open vats thanks to their own yeasts and without temperature control. During the winter it is decanted twice in the waning moon and is then bottled in the spring.
