The Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru Les Languetter that Julien Gros produces comes from grapes located on a plot of 0.34 hectares. In the vineyard the reasoned struggle is practiced. The grapes are harvested manually and the aging takes 12 to 14 months in 228 liter barrels (of which 50% new and 50% from one to three years).
A beautiful purple dress. A bouquet of aromas focused on forest fruits (strawberry, blueberry). The low yield of the old vines brings a lot of finesse and elegance to this wine. A wine to forget in your cellar for years to reach its peak
Wine with excellent aging potential.
Taste it at a temperature of 16° C. WPerfect pairing it with Bresse capon, rib of beef, hare stew, cheese platter.
