Tasting Notes

Impenetrable ruby red with violet reflections. Red fruits, currants, raspberries and strawberries are the main scents that make up the olfactory bouquet, which in the second place also releases a light and pleasant violet floral. On the palate it is wide and round, with a finish that closes with notes of vanilla and cooked fruit.

Aging Capacity

Wine capable of evolving well for many years.

Small Tips

Taste it at a temperature of 16 ° -18 ° C, combined with large roasts.
