Born from Nebbiolo grapes grown in 2.7 hectares of vineyard in Ravera, in the municipality of Novello by Vietti. Once harvested, grapes are vinified by the alcoholic fermentation activated by indigenous yeasts and maceration for 35 days in stainless steel tanks ( 5 of which are cold maceration pre-fermentation). The wine is then passed in large vats where the malolactic fermentation takes place until late spring. It is aged for 32 months in large oak traditional barrels. Bottling took place in July 2014.
