This Barolo comes from Nebbiolo grapes grown in cru Cerretta by Cà Romé, from 1.70 hectares of vineyards in Serralunga d'Alba; the soils are calcareous, the exposure of the vineyards is south-east and the average altitude is 315 meters above sea level. The manual harvest takes place in mid-October; cellar vinification takes place in stainless vats with indigenous yeasts. The refinement is for the first months in barrels and then move in barrels of 12 hl French oak for a period of 24 months , the wine is bottled without filtration.
