The Barolo Garblet Suè from az. agr. Brovia comes from Nebbiolo grapes grown in the production area called Garblèt Sue '(Fiasco), in Castiglione Falletto; the vineyards are located at an altitude of 250 meters above sea level and exposed to the South and South-West. Manual harvesting takes place in mid-October; in the cellar the fermentation (activated by indigenous yeasts) is carried out at a temperature of 28 ° for about 15-20 days. The wine ages for two years in medium-sized barrels, no clarification or filtration is required.
Intense ruby red with garnet reflections. The nose is expressed with fruity hints of plums and berries with mineral hints. In the mouth the beautiful structure supports the firm tannins well, creating a good balance. Long and persistent finish.
Wine capable of evolving and growing for many years
Taste it at a temperature of 16-18 ° C, paired with braised oxtail.
