Great wine produced from Nebbiolo grapes harvested in the Crù Cannubi, Le Coste and San lorenzo, mixing more vineyards as the Langhe tradition wants. composed of tufaceous and clay-limestone soils. In the vineyard the agronomic philosophy is "natural" without any official certification: we do not practice either weeding or chemical fertilizers, we do not push the vigor of the plant and the vintage is indulged and accompanied until the harvest. The harvest is manual; in the cellar cement tanks are used for fermentation, the same is done with indigenous yeasts and the pumping over twice a day. Once the fermentation is complete, the wine is left to macerate on the skins for a couple of additional weeks (the maceration on the skins lasts for 30 to 50 days). The refinement takes place in large Slavonian oak barrels for 42 months, followed by a further period of rest in the commercial glass.

tasting notes

Of a perfect and typical garnet color. The airy smell adhering to the most classic type of the King of wines, the bouquet is complex and varied on aromas of red fruit, iron and laurel. In the mouth it has talent and freshness, the tannin is biting and the alcohol balances the youthful bumps.
