It comes from Rossese grapes grown in Soldano in the Poggio Pini vineyard and in San Biagio della Cima in the Luvaira vineyard from the youngest vines (about 30 years) with yields of around 70 quintals per hectare. The land is positioned in bands with slopes of up to 60% and its structure varies from site to site.
Of an excellent intense ruby red color. On the nose it is fruity with strawberry and cassis in evidence, the fruit is ripe and wrapped in a slight spiciness. In the mouth it has good freshness with a tannin that gives a certain vigor, the body is well planted and the finish leaves fruity memories.
Wine with excellent aging prospects, able to mature in the bottle even for 7-8 years.
Taste it at a temperature of 16 ° -18 ° paired with game, red meats, lamb, typical cuisine, fatty fish dishes.
