It comes from Nebbiolo grapes harvested in Serralunga d'Alba, in the Vigna Rionda cru, with 2.5 hectares of land at an average altitude of 320 meters on calcareous-marly soils. It is the traditional Barolo par excellence with fermentation and maceration for 25-30 days at a temperature varying between 31 and 33 ° C, it is aged for a total of 6 years, of which three and a half in barrels of about 30 hl in Slavonian oak and two and a half in the bottle.
