Lazzarito Barolo by Vietti is a smooth and elegant wine; the bouquet is refined and mentholated: mint, violets, blacks fruits, leather and spices from wood enjoy depth and layering. The taste is energetic , obviously young, with a biting tannin typical of Serralunga. In the cellar the wine stays 27 days in stainless steel tanks: 3 days of cold maceration and pre-fermentation and 18 days of fermentation and post-fermentation maceration at a temperature of 30/32°. Malolactic fermentation is performed in barrels. Barolo is aged 32 months in wood.
