Serraboella represents one of the company's cru. The Cru are areas particularly suited to the production of high quality wines thanks to the characteristics of the soil, exposure, microclimate and other small peculiarities which, combined with the previous ones, allow the grapes to ripen at their best and then give life to great wines. The wine is after a passage in a steel tank at a controlled temperature for the maceration and fermentation process, aged for 18 months in second and third passage French oak barrels. Owned by the Cigliuti family for four generations, the name of the Fratelli Cigliuti company was affixed by the father and uncle of Renato who, until 1964, sold grapes and bulk wine to customers in the area.
