wine description
The production process begins with a cold prefermentation for 6 days below 14 ° C, subsequently during fermentation, the temperature is controlled at 28 ° C for 30 days. Malolactic fermentation develops slowly for 28 days. The wine then rests for 18 months in new French oak barrels, where it is decanted every 6 months; at the end of this period, proceed with the assembly and bottle without using clarification or filtration.

Reserva 2009 has a beautiful intense ruby red color with garnet reflections, the nose is complex, with tones of ripe fruit, in particular cherry, currant, in harmony with the shades of good wood, spices (vanilla, coconut ) and a licorice background.
