The "Lambrusco Nero di Cio organic" wine is one of the leading products of the Tenuta La Piccola company, in the province of Reggio Emilia (Emilia-Romagna). It is based on the Lambrusco Salamino, Lambrusco Maestri, Malbo Gentile, Ancellotta vines and its composition is: Lambrusco Salamino 20%, Lambrusco Maestri 35%, Malbo Gentile 25%, Ancellotta 20%. About 23,000 bottles are produced.
In the glass it shows a beautiful ruby red color with purple reflections, it shows aromas of blackberry, plum, cherry, fruit in alcohol. The taste is fresh, savory, soft and balanced, very persistent, fine, harmonious and sweet with a good acid balance.
