The manual harvest is carried out in the first ten days of September, in vinification the grapes are macerated for 10 days and at the end 40% of the wine is aged in wooden barrels for six months.
It has a beautiful intense ruby color and as it ages it tends to garnet. The scent is reminiscent of sunsweet plum, black currant, embellished with notes of chocolate. On the palate it has a good structure, slightly tannic, pleasant and harmonious. it is particularly suitable for aging.

Taste it at a temperature of 18 ° C. It goes well with more demanding gastronomic combinations, with red meats and game.
