The main origin of the clonal selections comes from France, followed by Italy and California. In the Tiare company, those selected in the area from old vineyards have always been preferred over the international framework where the French clones are more present, this selection is particularly interesting because it is characterized by an above-average aromatic potential.
The manual harvest is carried out in the first ten days of October, the vinification foresees 10 days of maceration at no more than 10 ° C and subsequently a refinement of 12 months in stainless steel tanks.
In the glass it has a beautiful ruby color, with violet to garnet reflections according to age. The characteristic herbaceous scent, intense, penetrating, very persistent and the flavor is full-bodied, sustained, harmonious and distinct. Particularly appreciated both young, for its fragrance, and after a short aging.
