Made with passion, dedication and research of unique flavors and aromas: these are the wines produced in this small company located in Val di Corcia, not far from the Tyrrhenian Sea.

Everything stems from an intuition of Fidenzio Toni who purchases the farm in the 1960s and immediately begins growing grapes.
Subsequently, the passion also infected the son-in-law Elio Tolomei who, together with his wife and mother-in-law Annamaria, took over the reins of the company in 1986 when Fidenzio passed away.
In 1990 they placed the first Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot vineyards trying to keep the row yields low in order to obtain, with the indispensable help of the oenologist Marinka Polencic, extraordinary, long-lasting and complex wines.
Today the company continues with fervor and passion the production of two wines, Fidenzio and AnnaMa in memory of the latter of Mrs. Annamaria who died prematurely a few years ago.

tasting notes

The 2009 Annama of Podere San Luigi impresses the aroma and flavor of fresh fruit, together with the elegance and freshness typical of Cabernet Franc. The aroma is reminiscent of blackberry, a little cocoa, leather and smoke; the tannin is mature and the structure is strong. A fruity, spicy wine, which is slightly less dense and powerful than Fidenzio, but retains its elegance. It offers great pleasure, especially after a few years of aging.
