The Macchiole Bolgheri Rosso is the latest born of the company's wines, the first vintage is from 2004. A well-defined project from the vineyard: the grapes used to produce it come from a series of parcels, mainly belonging to the younger vineyards, precisely identified . The harvest, vinification and refinement are designed to produce a Bolgheri DOC that was born in the wake of the tradition of the Bordeaux cut, typical of the area, but which shows itself with original and distinctive features. A fresh, complex but easily appreciated wine, perfect for the table and eclectic in combinations. A real business card for the company, which distinguishes and shows the personal interpretation of the Bolgheri terroir. In the vineyard, agriculture does not involve the use of chemical substances and herbicides.

Ruby red clear to the eye. The olfactory bouquet is wide and varied, composed of floral hints of violet and peony, hints of berries and blackberry in particular, and spicy and balsamic tones. The palate is well balanced between freshness and tannins, it is long lasting and pleasant in the aftertaste.
