Greco di Tufo DOCG 2013 by Pietracupa Sabino Loffredo , grows up in Santa Paolina , the area of choice for the Greco grapes . The vineyards , aged between 7 and 30 years , are located on volcanic soil placed at an altitude ranging from 400 to 550 meters above sea level . In the cellar Sabino uses steel in the entire process , the aging on the yeasts lasts 8 months, followed by a further aging in bottle before being released for sale .
