It comes from Pinot Noir grapes grown on 0.76 hectares of vineyards owned by the Domaine Heresztyn Mazzini, located in Gevrey Chambertin from a plot called Champ Franc from vines planted in 1986. The grapes are transferred to steel containers where, with the using only indigenous yeasts, alcoholic fermentation takes place which follows a cold pre-fermentation. The "Pigeage" are short and frequent depending on the vintage .. The wine is aged in wooden barrels for 16 months. Easy and compulsive drinking wine.
WORKING THE VINE
Since vintage 2016 we have chosen to convert our parcels of vines to organic agriculture and to work with conviction in biodynamic growing methods and plant-based treatments. The soils of all the parcels of the domain are worked sparingly so as to maintain their microbiological life systems. To improve the yield, once pruned our vines are de-budded and thinned early, by hand. We may choose a green harvest.

Wine in drink since 2020, evolves a few years without problems.
