Wine description

It comes from Pinot Noir grapes grown and grown in Gevrey-Chambertin in the 1.39 ha vineyard that the Domaine Drouhin-Laroze owns in the Grand Cru Chambertin Clos de Beze. The Clos de Beze Grand Cru AOC 2019 shows a beautiful ruby-garnet color. On the nose we find scents of cassis, spice flowers and light vanilla. On the palate it is ample, robust in its structure and endowed with an outstanding class. Pinot Noir is vinified by maceration for 25 days with spontaneous fermentation; subsequently the wine was transferred to new pieces at 80% where it was aged for 18 months and then bottled. Only indigenous yeasts are used.
