The Barolo di Elio Grasso is a powerful and elegant expression of three historic Langarole vineyards. 18 hectares of vineyards in the municipality of Monforte d'Alba, located between various crus and with the lowest vineyards in Barbera or Dolcetto, with a single and iron belief: making wines that photograph the richness of the Langarolo terroir

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS

Ruby red tending to garnet. The nose reveals intense, rich and complex, with hints of forest fruits jam, notes of dried flowers and undergrowth and hints of sweet spices. On the palate it is well structured, structured and elegant, with a velvety tannin and excellent persistence.

TIPS FOR TASTING

To best enjoy it, we advise you to let the wine "breathe" an hour before serving it at a temperature between 17 ° C and 18 ° C.
