Produced from Nebbiolo grapes grown in the renowned Cru Molsino located between 340 and 425 meters above sea level and overlooking the Vercellese; soils are characterized by acid pH and great richness of clay, mixed with fine sands with an intrinsic capacity to absorb minerals. In the cellar the grapes are de-stemmed and pressed by soft pressing, the wine ferments 30 days in steel tanks at a controlled temperature with a 15% whole bunch after which it is aged in large barrels for 50 months; before it goes on sale, it rests in glass for a few months.
