Barolo Ravera DOCG 2015 by Principiano comes from Nebbiolo grapes of the old clone Michet matured in the area called Ravera, on 6,000 square meters of land with Vines of almost fifty years. The crushed grapes are fermented without inoculation of yeasts and without sulfur for about a month, after which the wine is aged for twenty-four months it takes place in 400 liter barrels and then in about 2000 bottles produced.

Barolo Ravera Docg 2015 is made from Nebbiolo grapes of the old Michet clone matured in the area called Ravera, on 6,000 square meters of land with plants of almost fifty years; in the vineyard the agronomic conduction is impeccable without the use of any chemical substance, no official certification but agriculture can be considered biological to all effects. The grapes are harvested at the beginning of October, particular attention is paid to the productive balance of the plant and the right ripening of the grapes. The pressed grapes ferment without inoculation of yeasts and without sulfur for about a month, after which the wine is aged for twenty-four months in barrels of 400 liters and subsequently in the approximately 2,000 bottles produced.
