It comes from Malbec grapes grown and grown in the 0.18 hectare property parcel with vines, average age of 7 years. Presented in a robust and opulent bottle like the vine, Malbec gives a very fruity wine, rich in tannins, with a dark color, almost black and suitable for aging. When young it is very powerful with its aromas of oriental spices, cedar wood, tobacco, licorice, cocoa and some notes of violet, blueberry and jasmine. In France, unlike other countries, it maintains enough freshness in the mouth and will be even more fruity. Very colorful and full-bodied, it remains a wine with a masculine temperament with its frank and powerful attack. After a few years in the cellar, it will acquire softness and roundness, its aromas of leather and dried fruit give it an excellent length in the mouth.
Wine with good aging capacity (5-8 years).
Taste it at a temperature of 13 ° -15 ° C. In any case, it will accompany the most Burgundian dishes, but will surprise with a creative cuisine such as a carpaccio of cooked beef and a mignon of coriander-crusted lamb.
