Your cart will total 9 points that can be converted into a voucher of €1.80.
It comes from Pinot Noir grapes grown on 0.21 hectares of vineyards owned by the Domaine Heresztyn Mazzini, located in Gevrey Chambertin from vines planted in 1972 that arise on a former quarry filled with earth after extracting the rock. The grapes are transferred to steel containers where, with the use of indigenous yeasts alone, the alcoholic fermentation takes place which follows a cold pre-fermentation. The "Pigeage" are short and frequent depending on the year. The bunches are used for 70% entirely. The wine is aged in wooden barrels used for 50% for the duration of 18 months.

WORKING THE VINE
Since vintage 2016 we have chosen to convert our parcels of vines to organic agriculture and to work with conviction in biodynamic growing methods and plant-based treatments. The soils of all the parcels of the domain are worked sparingly so as to maintain their microbiological life systems. To improve the yield, once pruned our vines are de-budded and thinned early, by hand. We may choose a green harvest.
