Domaine Tissot's Arbois Poulsard "Amphore" comes from manually picked poulsard grapes. Vinification involves 3 months of maceration on the skins, in 420 liter amphorae, followed by 3 months of aging in the same containers. Particular and characteristic both on the olfactory and gustatory examination, it is a wine not to be missed.
Ruby red. The nose is expressed with hints of red fruits, floral notes and spicy hints. On the palate it has a good body, round, with a velvety tannic texture and excellent persistence.
Wine with wide evolutionary margins.
Tasting it at a temperature of 16 ° C - 18 ° C in combination with red meat, especially roasted, also goes well with pork.
