Spinorosso comes from a blend of Merlot and Ciliegiolo grapes grown in the vineyard located in what in the Middle Ages was called as Spino Secco fief. The soil is clayey, rich in organic matter which gives the wine more floral and fruity aromas. For fertilizations, plants of biological origin are used. No chemical fertilizers or herbicides are used.
It shows a beautiful ruby red color. It opens to the nose with aromas of flowers, cassis, morello cherry, aromatic herbs and mineral notes. On the palate it remains long and elegant with a nice persistence in the finish.

Taste it at a temperature of 16 ° -18 ° C combined with pasta with meat sauce, fresh cheeses, grilled meat and salami.
