It comes from Pinot Noir grapes grown on parcels owned by the Domaine Bzikot, from vines planted in the 70s. An entrance wine of impeccable workmanship, simple but at the same time extraordinarily representative of Burgundy and its most distinctive features. Domaine Bzikot's Bourgogne Pinot Noir is a gentle, fine and well-balanced wine.

Hand harvested and hand sorted grapes at the entrance of the winery. It is then vinified in stainless steel vats for 12 months.

tasting notes

Ruby red with violet reflections. The olfactory bouquet that reaches the nose is composed of aromas of black currant and blueberries, and nuances of spices and licorice. Fruity aromas also dominate the tasting, which is consistent, fleshy and crunchy. The finish is pleasantly fresh.
