tasting notes
Ruby red with violet reflections. The olfactory bouquet that reaches the nose is composed of aromas of black currant and blueberries, and nuances of spices and licorice. Fruity aromas also dominate the tasting, which is consistent, fleshy and crunchy. The finish is pleasantly fresh.
aging capacity
Wine in drink from 2019 but does not mind a few years of aging in bottle.
small tips
Taste it at a temperature of 16 ° C also on pasta dishes with red sauce.
