The Domaine Follin-Arbelet is located in Burgundy, in the center of the village of Aloxe-Corton. The company was born recently, but the owner, Frank Follin-Arbelet, descends from an ancient Aloxe-Corton family. After his studies in geology, Frank Follin-Arbelet, decides to devote himself to viticulture, first with a small rented parcel, then expands the business by buying numerous vineyards.

wine description

Old vine of 0.43 hectares with low yield, planted in the lower part of the Corton mountain, facing east, it is one of the best Grand Crus of the hill. The wines are superb, marrying the strength and power of the great Cortons with finesse and elegance: the perfect example of the red Grands Crus from Burgundy.

tasting notes

In the glass it has a light ruby red color. The nose is powerful, with a bouquet that expresses hints of candied fruit, red currant, spices and musk. In the mouth it is full-bodied, round and full, with an elegant structure, perfectly balanced between tannic and acid components.

aging capacity

Wine with great aging potential.

small tips

Taste it at a temperature of 16 ° -18 ° C. Enjoy with meat-based main courses and medium-aged cheeses.
