wine description

The vinification takes place in 35/45 hl stainless steel tanks; maceration for about 18-20 days. at a constantly controlled temperature of 30 ° C. The refinement lasts 36 months in 20/25 hl oak barrels and in 2.25 hl medium toasted second passage French barriques followed by a variable period of between 6 and 8 months of refinement in the bottle before being marketed.

tasting notes

Intense ruby red color that tends to garnet with aging. Its perfume is broad, persistent with hints of undergrowth, red jams and licorice, ethereal after a long aging. It has a dry, quite tannic and soft flavor.
