Wine description

The wines from the "Avaux" plot have an accentuated robe of intense and dark color. The bouquet offers a palette of very varied and complex aromas, animal notes on a background of leather and red and black fruits, berries, blackcurrant, Morello cherry.

Both silky and dense on the palate, Beaune 1er Cru "Les Avaux" displays a certain distinction and a lot of balance in a warm and ample context. The tannins are expressed but not excessively, beautifully blended with sour cherry flavors and candied nuances.

Aging capacity

Wine with good evolutionary capacities.

Small tips

Taste it at a temperature of 16 ° -18 ° C. It is an elegant and powerful pinot noir, which requires combinations with red meat or game.
