wine description
Eye: pure ruby, lively and deep, its dress is clear whose shades often vary. Generally they draw garnet, purple, rather dark reflections, a color that supports the appearance.
The nose: with age, the palette of aromas is oriented towards pepper and musk, fur, leather and spices, plum. Sometimes it reminds of undergrowth, moss, mushrooms, damp soil, game. The fruit in alcohol, blackberry completes this aromatic range. But, especially among the young wines, pine, wild rose, violet and fresh cherry meet.
On the palate: peaceful or dreamy, serene with age, subtle and refined, expresses all the complexity of Burgundy, all the art of pinot noir on a predestined territory. With a dazzling structure, it is solid, robust, rich and always has a lot of harmony. It's fantastic before being Echezeaux, with a touch of class, of vinosity and a dense texture.
aging capacity
Wine with immense evolutionary capacities.
