Wine obtained from grapes harvested when fully ripe, in vineyards well exposed to the sun and not forced to produce. The soft pressing of the grapes is followed by maceration in contact with the skins which lasts for 10-15 days in order to extract color and aromas. Fermentation ends in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 24 ° C to safeguard freshness. The maturation follows for 7 months always in steel tanks.
