On the palate it is ample, robust in its structure and endowed with an outstanding class.

WINE DESCRIPTION

It comes from Pinot Noir grapes grown and grown in Gevrey-Chambertin in the 1.5 hectares of vineyards that the Domaine Drouhin-Laroze owns in the Grand Cru Bonnes Mares. The Bonnes Mares Grand Cru AOC 2018 shows a beautiful ruby-garnet color. On the nose we find scents of cassis, spice flowers and light vanilla. On the palate it is ample, robust in its structure and endowed with an outstanding class. In this wine we have an encounter between remarkable elegance and finesse with a well-controlled tannin. The soils are very thin (about 40cm) and very rich in stone. Pinot Noir is vinified by maceration for 25 days with spontaneous fermentation; subsequently the wine was transferred to new pieces at 80% where it was aged for 18 months and then bottled. Only indigenous yeasts are used.

AGING CAPACITY

Wine with ample aging capacity, even for 15-20 years.
