Immersed in the beauty of the western Ligurian Riviera, rich in green vineyards and centuries-old olive trees, the Enzo Guglielmi farm, producer of a Rossese di Dolceacqua DOC in perfect balance between respect for tradition and the use of modern technological systems, personally following the selection of grapes, winemaking and bottling.

tasting notes

Ruby red wine with violet reflections in the first 6-8 months after the harvest; it becomes garnet ruby if aged from 1 to 3 years. The nose is vinous, fragrant and fruity when young, it becomes intense and persistent, with hints of slightly withered rose and ripe wild strawberry, if properly aged. In the mouth it is dry and rightly tannic when young, which becomes softer, more savory, with a characteristic bitter aftertaste.
