Terreus represents the excellence of the wines produced by Mariano Garcia with her sons. Red wine that combines strength and complexity with elegance, characteristics that are given to it thanks to the long aging (more than 30 months in French oak barrels). It has great aging potential and needs good oxygenation before consumption. The nose has exceptional aromas of berries on a spicy and balsamic background. In the mouth it is balanced and with good structure.
October provided the rain the vines so longed for when the cycle started, since it had not rained since August. Autumn was long and wet, and winter began late with moderate temperatures. The first semester of the year was marked by abundant and constant rainfall until the end of June, when temperatures timidly began to reach summer figures, announcing a mild summer. On 13th September, a time-consuming harvest began until mid-October, with juicy grapes and more generous yields than in the previous meagre harvest.
Wine with excellent evolutionary prospects.
Taste it at a temperature of 18 ° C, accompanying great dishes based on red meats or aged cheeses.
