Valpolicella Superiore DOC 2017 with an intense ruby red color, the nose reveals hints of ripe fruit that blend perfectly with the spicy and vanilla. In the mouth it is full, soft and persistent. A wine of contents and great cleanliness. The drying lasts 30 days, followed by crushing and de-fermentation at a controlled temperature. The aging lasts twelve months in American oak barrels.

Tasting it at a temperature of 17 °, no further, it can very well accompany grilled and braised red meats, especially game roasts.
